Gretchen —Character Matters
I think that creating a mission statement has helped me to focus on things that are important to me. |

Jesse —Character Matters
I deal with handicapped young adults everyday. Integrity, honesty and love is needed each day. So I need each day to remember my mission statement to be able to filter out what is important and what isn’t. |

Nancy —Character Matters
At home we are in the process of putting “the fun back in dysfunctional.” It has taken a positive attitude to bring back some integrity and kindness with a family member. |

Christina —
Because my mission statement is about understanding, I will try to always get to the “why” of people’s actions instead of concentrating on the actions themselves. This will make interacting with others productive, because they can see my interest in understanding their situation. |

About the Founder

As an accomplished teacher, mentor and speaker, Annmarie's passion for excellence is not only seen in her determination to commit to the vision and purpose of Integrity Training but also it is experienced in her great desire to help women identify and remove the hindrances that keep them from living out their dreams. She has an uncanny ability to see not just who people are, but who they can be and then partners with them to unearth and ignite that potential and purpose within.
At 10 years old, Annmarie was taken out of the country by a family member to an extremely remote cabin where she was raped, photographed, and sexually molested every evening for two weeks. This began a 15 year season of drugs, alcohol, promiscuity, pornography and eating disorders during which she was raped a second time at 14 years old and yet again at 18. The majority of Annmarie's first marriage after the birth of her son was characterized by extreme spending, drugs and alcohol, excessive weight gain, adultery, and domestic violence.
Annmarie experienced emotional healing, deliverance from addictive habits, and quantum leap growth in the areas of integrity, discipline, and accountability. She was not exempt, however, from problems or challenges. From 1992-1996, she was a single mother on welfare and a full-time college student. The judgment, humiliation, and disrespect she experienced as a result of utilizing welfare, food stamps and medical coupons left a profound impact on her. She says, "I knew that I had potential, ability, and purpose; however, society was eager to reject me based simply on the way I paid for my food or medical expenses. This adversity was the beginning of my understanding of my God given purpose-to unearth and ignite excellence through integrity."

Now, nearly thirty years since her journey began, Annmarie, a self-described philathropreneur, has established a business that teaches people many of the same lessons she has learned, primarily that stumbling blocks can become stepping stones. Through Integrity Training, Annmarie and these four other awesome, dynamic women encourage people to walk their talk by living lives of integrity. By utilizing Friends for the Journey workshops and Life Navigation Concierges, Integrity Training meets the needs of individuals seeking to lift their life to a new level. |
