In September of 2001, I founded a business that helps women learn the same lesson Mr. Washington learned—that stumbling blocks can become stepping stones.

Integrity Training exists to help people walk their talk by living lives of integrity. I and four other awesome, dynamic women offer motivational training seminars and personalized mentoring for individuals seeking to lift their life to a new level.

These women of IT offer a hand‑up versus a handout to many women in our community through our mentoring services, called Life Navigation Concierges. Moreover, enjoy gathering together a group of women friends, business associates, or family members for a life lifting event right in the comfort of your own home through our Friends for the Journey In-Home workshops.
